You don't need to go over the rainbow to find this magical bracelet by Tarina Tarantino. Part of the Wizard of Oz "My Pretty" collection, the bracelet features rainbow coloured lucite beads with a double sided flip cameo. On one side of the cameo you will find ruby red slippers and the reverse side features Dorothy.
