How To Order
Buying from Sugared Accessories is very simple:
- Find an item you absolutely love and click ‘Add to Shopping Bag’, choosing material/colour if required.
- You can then choose to go to the checkout screen and either complete your purchase here or continue shopping to select more goodies.
- At any stage you can click on 'My Shopping Bag' to view all the items you have chosen. You can remove or edit pieces on this page and proceed to checkout.
- At checkout, there are two options available to complete your purchase:
- Checkout as a registered Sugared member
- Checkout as a guest
Becoming a Sugared Member
The benefits of becoming a registered Sugared member are:
- Exclusive members only special offers and sales events
- Exclusive previews of upcoming collections
- Ability to create 'Wishlists' which can be emailed to friends and family or saved for viewing at a later date
- Ability to track your order history
- Remembering your address details for next time
You can register as a Sugared member at checkout or by clicking on the 'LOGIN/REGISTER' link underneath the shopping bag.
If you have forgotten your password, you can enter your email address at the login screen and we will email it you.
Payment
You have the option to pay using either credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or the PayPal checkout system.
Once payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order.
All credit card transactions on this site are transmitted directly to our bank through our Internet payment gateway provider, eWAY. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers at any time. All interactions with your shopping cart are encrypted with 128 bit SSL security.
Shipping
We did toss around the idea of carrier pigeons for delivery but we felt they could be a tad unreliable (particularly in bad weather). Instead, Sugared Accessories uses Registered Parcel Mail via Australia Post. to send all packages.
In terms of shipping:
- All our packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt
- All packages should arrive within 5 working days (in Australia)
- Shipping cost to anywhere within Australia is $8 (flat rate)
International shipping is available. To discuss international shipping options, please contact us at info@sugared.com.au.
Gift Packaging
All Sugared Accessories purchases will be sent beautifully gift wrapped in a white box with our signature black and pink ribbon. At checkout, you will have the option to include a gift card and message.
Returns
We want you to be over the moon with your purchase! If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will accept returns for change of mind within 14 days from the date of purchase. You will be given the option of a refund, exchange or credit note. We cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Please contact us at returns@sugared.com.au to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA). Items will not be accepted without an RMA number and the RMA number must be included with the package when it is sent back to us.
- The item must be unworn and returned in its original state with all the original tags and packaging included.
- Once we receive the item, you will have the option for a refund, exchange or credit note for the purchase price of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned to us safely. We therefore recommend that you send the item via registered parcel post. We take no responsibility if the parcel is lost in transit on its return to us. Please re-package the item carefully to prevent damage.

Faulty Goods
At Sugared Accessories, we check all items thoroughly before they are sent to you. However, should you receive a faulty item please contact us by email at info@sugared.com.au quoting your order number and detail of the fault/s. An exchange or refund will be given for the purchase price of the item including shipping costs. All faults must be reported within 14 days from the date of purchase. All faults on vintage items are described as accurately as possible on the description page. As such, vintage items cannot be returned as faulty.
